At last THE SNOWMAN or should i say SNOWPERSON LOL
HELLO my crafty friends, this is the little snowmen.
I bought some already dried and sliced wood. You will need 4 a smaller one for the head.
Then the trusty Glue gun i glued them one on top of each other, and one for the base.
I have also inked around the edges with a blue distress ink to create that cold feel!
Put a lolly pop stick on the back for that extra support.
The little hat was made using stiff card i cut a disc of about 2/3 inch and a strip of about 5 '' and 1' deep.
I rolled this strip around my finger and glued together at the end with glue.
PLEASE DO NOT WORRY ABOUT SEEING THE GLUE YOU WON'T SEE IT WHEN ITS FINISHED!
i added a bit of Christmas ribbon around hat and a few Christmas leaves and berries
Then to cover up all the glue, good SNOW TEX and slap in on lol
small twigs for the arms glued and i put some red mits on (just to keep him warm)
Glossy accents for the finish shine (same as rufus reindeer)
some ideas for faces
a scarf around and glued, frayed the edges.
Hope you enjoyed the snowmen and maybe you'll try and make one, please leave me a message if i can help.

CHRISTMAS REINDEER!
Hello my friends yip its this time of year CHRISTMAS! JUST love it x hope you do to, here are some crafting reindeer RUFUS's from the fab 'Inkydoodles' .
I want to say a big thankyou for your help and kindness and quick delivery with your products. The ladies in my group really enjoyed making them.
firstly we painted the shapes in with white paint using a sponge.
Then we inked around edges with distress ink.
With a pen did some fake stitching
Threaded through the legs which was with thick twine and tied a knot on the back and then at the bottom added his feet and tied another knot.
Added the bells and twine around the feet.
used a acrylic black pen to draw in eyes and added a little whit dot on the blacks of eyes, used some GLOSSY ACCENTS to create the shine on the eyes and the nose (USED ACRYLIC RED PEN )
THE BOWS TIED AND KNOT WITH BELLS used glue gun or you could use glue gel
with some red felt cut out hat and a white bit of felt and a pom pom. used some stickles sparkle for the snow flake
The final touch was some snow on the nose and antlers for affect. i used 'SNOW-TEX' from (DecoArt) great effect of snow and dries rock hard
Thanks again to 'INKY DOODLES' for the little free-bees you gave us such as the little boot bears etc. We covered them in papers and inked around edges and added bells and twine.
Used a little snow flake stamp and blue ink, with some stickles over for the CHRISTMAS SPARKLE WE LOVE.
THANKS FOR POPPING IN, HOPE YOU ENJOYED ILL BE POSTING MORE OF WHAT WE MADE SOON.
