a little bit of painting..

Now that i have retired from work, ive got out my paints again, its been a while (few years) so long paints had dried up prob many years ago! had to replace them.

Thought id try and paint my beautiful little friend 'Bonnie' she  is a welsh terrier, hope you like it.

Some times you just want to DOODLE with new fab inks an glitters ..

some times you just want to be a child again and play with your products and enjoy them.Got a great deal with create and craft PRISM ink pads

 These inks with a sponge are so great and mix well together.

Just dropped some water and left to dry for affect...

liked the way it dried and then for a doodle!!just like eyes maybe cause i dont wear much eye i went to town on paper lol

then i just went for it with a black pen drawing curls

added my nuvo drops and glitters and some gems for a good aul sparking (hard to beat) cheered me up.. Hope it makes you smile too.x

JUST FOR YOU

used cream card for base card.

Matt and layered black wine and rose pattern card (taking 1cm off each time)

used nesting dies from tattered lace that i have to cut out frames, to get dimension i used 3 for the larger frame and added foam pads.

 and the inner smaller frame i use 2.

added a little lace and velvet ribbon.

used some tattered lace flower dies which i cut with same paper  and used glue gun to attach

inked around edges and used some nuvo drops for center of flowers an some stamens

20CMX20CM CREAM CARD FOR BACKGROUND.

Then i used black card 19x19 them green 18 x18. used foam pads.

Added some embellishments, feathers and pearls into rips corner. coloured a heard red with pro markers, added a little flourish

used die for tattered lace for the ivy

these flowers i cut and added to create shape of heart used glue gun.

some twinkle with fibers 

Also stamped florish and used white embossing powder.

tore  edges of card and inked to create distressed look.
